Nothing on this site creates a partnership, agency, endorsement, or authorization relationship.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
You must use PinsGrabber only for lawful purposes and only when you own the media or have permission to save and use it. You must not infringe copyright or other rights, evade access controls, download private content, use the service for harassment or unlawful surveillance, upload malware, probe or disrupt infrastructure, use automated scraping or high-volume requests that abuse resources, or commercially redistribute downloaded media without the necessary rights and licenses. You are responsible for your submitted URLs and resulting use.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitations of Liability
The service is provided on an ‘as available’ and ‘as is’ basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or suitability for any specific use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinsGrabber and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, service interruption, or claims arising from media accessed or downloaded through the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PinsGrabber’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised in good faith by contacting pingrabber.contact@gmail.com so the parties can attempt an informal resolution before pursuing available legal remedies.
