Downloading a file does not transfer copyright ownership or automatically create permission to reproduce, publish, sell, or redistribute it. DMCA Notice Submission Requirements
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe material accessible through a Pin URL infringes your work, send a complete written notice to pingrabber.contact@gmail.com. A valid notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; the specific Pinterest Pin URL or other precise location of the allegedly infringing material; your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and a physical or digital signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Expedited Response Timelines
Send complete notices with the subject line ‘DMCA Notice’ so they can be routed promptly. We aim to acknowledge credible, complete notices as soon as reasonably practicable and may restrict processing of the reported URL, remove access to a result, or take other appropriate action after review. We may request clarification when a notice is incomplete. Because PinsGrabber does not maintain a permanent library of user-submitted media, the practical response may concern access to a requested result rather than removal of a hosted copy.
Counter-notices and Good-Faith Communications
If you believe material was restricted in error, you may contact us with the relevant URL, an explanation, your contact details, and any information showing that you have authorization to use the material. We may forward legally required information to the complaining party or relevant service provider. Do not submit knowingly false or misleading claims.
